Farm without a farmer

There is a farm that is sitting waiting for it's farmer, however no one will come, he can no longer tend his fields. My Dad passed away, it has been over a week, it was actually the day I last posted. Things can be hard at times but we are working through it as best as we can, I know many others had to go through it. I may post a little more about it, just for now I need to stop here. I just can't believe most days that he is gone.

That is very sad. My grandpa died a few years ago which was quite sad but I think this is probably a lot sadder.

Oh, my heart hurts for you. There really aren't words.

Please take time for yourself.

My heartfelt condolence. I know that even when we expect this thing to happen, when it does, we still can't accept it happening.

My thoughts and prayers are yours. I know they seem to do so little. They can't bring our loved ones back, and certainly don't stop us from missing them. But it has helped me when I lost loved ones to know that there are people who would gladly do more to help my hurt if they could. I hope you can find that same comfort.

My deepest sympathy! I lost my Dad in 1986 and still miss him. What does bring comfort however are the happy memories I have of our years together, these memories are fond ones and bring me smiles.

Take a little time, find a quiet, special spot & let happy memories fill your mind. The tears may fall, but you'll find your Dad isn't so far away after all. xx
